Warranty

All goods sold carry 30 Days warranty unless specified otherwise. Incase of Laptops there is no warranty on batteries.

How to Return goods under warranty.

  1. Intimate us about the RMA along with exact qty and details.

  2. We will issue you the RMA number.

  3. Ship the goods with RMA number
     

Once we receive the goods. Within 3 working days the replacement will be shipped, in case of non availability of replacement a Credit note will be issued on the prevailing price of the product

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. The qty and details of the RMA mentioned on the RMA form and shipped should be exactly same

All the products carry a warranty of 30 days from the date of shipping unless specified. RMA’s found working will be returned to the sender with additional 15% restocking fee and testing fee

Replacements/Credit at the discretion of Microdot LLC for defective product only. NO REFUNDS

All the customers are required to ship the RMA in original packing or in proper packing. Customer accepts full responsibility for items returned to us that are damaged due to improper packaging or lost in transit

Paypal: Paypal charges will be extra and shipping will be done only to the paypal verified address

Wire Transfer: Wire transfer to our Account

All the payments have to be made 100% in advance
